You have to love our court system.....kill three hours, pay a fine, goodbye !

I have this new software that turns my PC into a Tivo like device. I'm watching the Isles-Hawks game as we speak.....cool stuff. Theo is getting booed. Watching Hockey at work RULES !

Have you read the latest from Between Periods or At The Garden ? You should....all the kids are reading those columns these days.

Daily News - Valeri Bure said that although his brother was told that an MRI taken Saturday revealed only a torn meniscus (cartilage) and minor tear of the medial collateral ligament, which heals on its own, Pavel's initial fears of a season-ending torn ACL were not put to rest.

Daily News again - Asked how he expects Rangers fans to react to his appearance tonight, Fleury said, "I'm not expecting anything. It would be nice to get a warm reception, but that's something I don't have any control over."

Daily News hat trick - The Canadiens understandably are requiring a great deal - including prospect Jamie Lundmark - for Jeff Hackett, whose acquisition could help the Rangers beat out Montreal for a playoff berth. The Blues presumably would part with Fred Brathwaite - a former Sather employee in Edmonton - for far less.

NY Post - If there's no change in his condition over the next couple of days, the Rangers will send Leetch, who had played in 220 straight before this injury, for a bone scan.

NY Times - “I understood why,” said Fleury, who is making $4 million this season with the Blackhawks. “I don't think there was the trust there that was warranted for me to come back. I wish my three years in New York would have been different.”

Hey bird whats the deal with the TIVO like software... what is it called and is it worth trying out?

I'd say wait until they finnish work on version 3. I have version 2 and it crashes....I'm currently testing the beta and while it's better, it still has issues. For $50 I don't wish to deal with issues.

These issues are related to remote viewing only. It works great if you only want to record and view from the same PC. However, you'll need to invest in some huge ass hard drives as just a few recording can add up to a few gigs if you like to set the software to record at high quality.

We just got Tivo about a week ago, and let me tell you it ROCKS - especially for viewing hockey games!
