More Snow ?
Thursday - March 06, 2003

As a kid, I loved the snow.....still do, kinda. Like a lot of you, I'm getting a little sick of it now.....enough already !

Newsday - "Playing with Bobby, you know you're going to be facing the other teams' top lines, and that's definitely a challenge,” said Lundmark, who still could use some extra meat on his frame to play alongside a horse like Holik. "Keeping the other team off the scoreboard is something Bobby's really good at, and it's a different position for me to be in. But we can still score goals too.”

Post - The Rangers, who trail Boston by four points for the eighth playoff seed in the Eastern Conference, have been doing a lot of scoreboard watching lately. They curse at a Bruins goal and cheer when Boston lets one up. The Islanders share those same feelings.

By now you know that the Leafs got Owen Nolan. I'm sure this helps them as Nolan is the kind of guy who will go to war in the playoffs.

Staying with the Leafs for a second......the fallout from the Ottawa game continues. Both Domi and Tucker were suspended.

Mario is watching you......well, that's if you are a Penguin.

I almost forgot to tell you......our own Chris is out of town and didn't do his regular update on Monday nor will he be here to do one tomorrow. Chris is in Beantown.....and he WILL be at tonight's game to root for.......Ooops, I don't know. Beans vs. the Isles tonight at 8pm.

Unfortunately this is one of those horrible times that we all have to root for the Islanders, which will help the Rangers climb to the 8th spot. Boston needs to lose the next two games and the Rangers obviously cannot lose the next 2 games either!
