Oh mama, I'm sick of hearing about the lines already. Since Lindros returned to the lineup Saturday, Topic A-1 in Rangerville has been the line combinations, and now it's spread to the papers. While I certainly have my own preferences (who doesn't?), right now I don't care if they take every set of five skaters, dress them in pink tutus and pyramid them in the grand tradition of amusement park waterskiing shows, just beat the damn Penguins tonight!! Thanks.

There's also Newsday, which doesn't have anything on the Rangers today, but they do have another installment of their Extremely Cruddy Power Rankings feature, which I continue to link to for reasons unknown even to me.

Thankfully, Brian Leeds only talks about the lines very briefly, somewhere in between the much more rewarding Def Leppard, Paris Hilton and Dan Lacouture references. I think I have that Schoenfeld LP somewhere.
