From Bad To Worse
Wednesday - January 28, 2004
It's not bad enough that the Rangers decided to take two periods off against the second worst team in the league until a last ditch, 20 shot 3rd period effort that left them a goal short, but the revitalized Eric Lindros didn't return for the 3rd period with a c.. c... concussion. The Report Card isn't screaming and ranting. It's disgusted and disappointed. - Rocha Posted by pete at January 28, 2004 10:05 PMeMail this entry! Comments
So, I spend mucho time telling my friend, the hockey convert, that THIS is the Lindros we traded for, that THIS tough mix-it-up guy is going to make the difference, especially when paired with JJ. Crap, crap, crap. (I also wish that FAN and Channel 4 would pronounce his, and several other Rangers' names, correctly. But that matters little at the moment.) :'( gotta love lindros getting his head screwed again. damn, he and jagr were looking good too. i'm thankful we got jagr for one huge reason: HE SHOOTS THE FUCKING PUCK. i would love to see kovy do that on the PP like jagr. just shoot kovz, and hit the net....i beg you.. Posted by: holyroller on January 29, 2004 12:10 AMIt is so poetic that this bunch of losers would lose to the 2nd worst team after taking their best player and putting him on their team. Same thing happened with Pittsburgh last year after they got Kovalev. At this point we only have ourselves to blame for believing in the ranger$ from loserville. Fool me twice...
