Really, the people who chant this at MSG are not living in the real world. Dennis won FOUR CONSECUTIVE STANLEY CUPS and we are headed into our SEVENTH straight year out of the playoffs. Knock it off already ! If anybody sucks around here....it's us. Well, and that dancing guy.
Jeremy Roeneck while a really good hockey player is hardly a favorite of mine....but when I saw him go down after getting hit in the face with that puck....my stomach turned. Here's to a speedy recovery for the guy. A shattered jaw hardly sounds good.
Flyers win 2-1 and you know what....they deserved it. They worked hard and found a way. The Rangers played a pretty good game for sure.....and a case could be made that the score should have been different. ESPN replays showed Sean Burkes glove inside the net with the puck. That's a goal folks.....but that never gets called. If a keeper can get his glove on it and pull it out of the net, he gets the nod......at least that's what used to happen to me and it's what I've seen in the NHL. So I don't want to hear any crying about that, OK ?
Damn.....that was a winnable game. At least Tampa came back to beat Montreal. Life support....that's what we're on. The rematch is Saturday afternoon on ABC in case you missed the 372 promos during tonight's game.
Oh...one more thing....at least I didn't have to listen to Clement and Thorne tonight.

anyway, do what i have been doing and save yourself the anger and rage..
been rooting for us to lose. No more angry tantrums, no moe throwing the messier bobble head dolls, a fiance who isn't calling me a psycho..its great! I even chuckle when the other team scores
I figure Dolan must have an atom of brain in his skull and at that point would HAVE TO let sather have the axe..but then again, this is Dolan and Sather, hate to break up the beautiful marriage...
BTW, loved the Rangers are Dead article!
