Hey Folks.....
For those of you who don't read the boards we have set up a number of ways for you to contribute to the "New Server Fund" here at Hockeybird. In the last few months the software had begun to spaz out a bit and a complete upgrade has taken place. All new software has been installed on an all new server. You may have noticed this as it's fast as hell and some of the funtions that were busted have returned to full speed.
In the past we have not accepted any help with the cost of maintaining this site. true, we have a store where you could buy stuff....but I never really pimp it and the real reason we added it was so that I could have the Hockeybird logo put on some cool stuff to give away.
So, if you'd like to help out....please do so. I added a Paypal button which can be found on the left hand side of the page....or, read this thread on the boards.
Please don't feel obligated. I have a huge amount of respect for the readers of Hockeybird and it's my hope that we can continue to do what we do here without ever adding silly pop up ads or the like. I'd close the place down before insulting you like that.
Thanks for all the support through all these years.....it really is amzing how this place has grown.
