The Rangers continue to sell off pieces from the 2003-2004 disaster as Petr Nedved and Jussi Markkanen are traded to the Oilers for Dwight Helminen, Steve Valiquette and a 2nd round draft pick in 2004.
My two least favorite Rangers in Kovalev and Nedved gone in under 24 hours? I'm liking this fire sale thing so far.
