You get two points for a win whether you win by six or just two. The Rangers won by two so I don't want to hear any crap about how they should have or could have won by more. A win is a win.
Ludqvist continues to amaze me. Although Fleury got his first NHL point assisting on a Recchi goal in the first, it was Henke who won this game. For those who caught the MSG feed, you heard JD mention how much Henrik loves to win. That desire alone can win you games....I know. Combine that with his talent and man, it's fun to watch. I wish I could have played like that....the purposeful movement....his ability to go down in the closed butterfly and get back up in a split second.....all of it. Amazing, simply amazing.
I would have enjoyed seeing someone pop the kid tonight, I'll settle for the two points. Two points earned by the keeper.
Oh....we're doing some upgrading around here so don't freak out if the site goes down over the next few days for a bit....it'll be worth it fer sure.
Beer me. ESB's because I can. Here come the Isles.....beer me again. And yes, I play Lundqvist yet again.
