Geeze, I haven't had a spanking like that in many years.
Since I'll need to interact with my wife tonight (and I'd really like a little action) I'll make this short and sweet. the Rangers got their asses kicked in game one. Injuries to Ward and Jagr make things a little bleak.
However, one game does not a series make.
And I did do the dance of Joy as the first playoff goal since '97 came from our boy Petr Prucha. Oh well, it's not like I expected this team to be here or to win....but they are here and it would be nice to see great goaltending and smart play...something we didn't see today.
I'll get ya the news and some more comments in the morning. For now...I'll be sucking down beers but not in celebration. More like a numbing thing. And ice, I feel like I should have ice on me somewhere....damn that hurt.
