I know, I know -- I promised you a new update a few weeks ago. Unfortunately I had to bring sexy back for a good cause last night, followed by early morning PMBR. It's not that I don't love you, Hockeybird. Daddy just doesn't have time right now to play catch outside.

So anyway, the Rangers suck, Brendan Shanahan is alert and cracking jokes, and Britney Spears shaved her crazy little head. Now, more than ever, did the world need me to bring sexy back.

In case you're curious, "bringing sexy back" meant consuming eight pints of Guinness and doing the robot. I'm fantastic.
